We care for your customers In order to provide you with products that are increasingly competitive, reliable and in line with European delivery time standards, we set up a completely new logistics network in 2000, by rationalising and speeding over-the-counter, transport, sorting and delivery procedures for both domestic and international mail flows. There are 16 Main Postal Centres available at present (with no weight limits on mailings), plus 87 Provincial Posting Centres (with a 1000 kg weight limit).
Quality assessment To test the real quality of the postal service against other International Post Corporation countries, an external system of measurement for European delivery times has been created. Named UNEX, the system is ISO 9002 certified and is designed to measure how well standard delivery times are met, by using "test letters" to check service quality on priority mail, as measured from the date the letter is mailed to the date it is delivered to the addressee.
